jjwan Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

By registering an account on jjwan, accessing any part of the jjwan platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind through jjwan's systems, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jjwan. If there is any part of these terms you do not accept, you must not use the jjwan platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered under the jjwan brand — including cricket betting, crash games such as Aviator, poker, ludo games, esports betting, and any other gaming or wagering product jjwan makes available to players in Pakistan. They should be read alongside jjwan's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or game terms that are published separately on the platform.

Access to jjwan is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jjwan enforces this requirement without exception and will close any account found to belong to a minor immediately.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own name. Corporate or group accounts are not permitted on jjwan.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming and betting platforms under the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility — not jjwan's — to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jjwan or have been previously permanently banned from the platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or contractor of jjwan or any of its associated game or payment providers.

jjwan may request government-issued identification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any time to verify age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued on an unverified account will be withheld until verification is complete.

When you register on jjwan you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update this information promptly if anything changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jjwan. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — will be closed. The account found to be the duplicate will be closed without return of any bonus funds. jjwan uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts.

• Keep your jjwan account password confidential at all times. Do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your jjwan account whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Notify jjwan's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jjwan may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement.

jjwan operates a PKR wallet for each registered account. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversion charges applied by jjwan — what you deposit is what arrives in your wallet, and what you request to withdraw is what goes to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank account, or card.

The minimum deposit to fund a jjwan account is Rs 500. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the Cashier section of your jjwan account, which may vary by payment method. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your jjwan wallet instantly in almost all cases.

Withdrawals are processed by jjwan's payments team during operational hours. Verified accounts requesting withdrawal to Easypaisa or JazzCash can typically expect funds within three to ten minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are generally processed on the same business day. Card withdrawals follow standard processing timelines. jjwan does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted on jjwan under any circumstances.
• jjwan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before releasing funds.
• Deposits made with bonus or promotional funds are subject to any wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted.
• jjwan will not process withdrawals to accounts where the source of funds cannot be reasonably established or where fraud indicators are present.

jjwan periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page on jjwan and should be read carefully before opting in. The general rules below apply to all jjwan promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through separate registrations is treated as bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion's terms page on jjwan.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds and related winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the deadline.
• Certain games on jjwan may not contribute to bonus wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• jjwan reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time, recalculate bonus amounts in the event of a technical error, or decline a bonus claim if fraud or abuse is suspected.

All sports bets placed on jjwan — including cricket betting covering PSL, Pakistan internationals, ODI, T20I, and Test matches — are accepted subject to these general betting rules and any format-specific rules published on the relevant market or event page on jjwan.

Bets are only valid once confirmed by jjwan's systems. A bet that appears on screen but has not received confirmation (for example, due to a connection interruption) is not a valid bet and should be re-entered. jjwan is not responsible for bets that are not confirmed due to player-side connectivity issues.

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. jjwan does not retrospectively change accepted odds except in the case of a manifest error (see below).
• All cricket bets on jjwan settle according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser (PCB, ICC, etc.).
• In the event of a match abandoned with no official result, match winner bets are generally voided and stakes returned. Over-specific markets are voided if the required overs are not completed.
• jjwan reserves the right to void a bet at any odds if it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error — for example, where odds were published at a value clearly not intended by jjwan's trading team (such as 100.00 for an event that should have been priced at 1.10).
• Betting on fixed or manipulated sporting events is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have bet on match-fixed events will be immediately closed and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

All crash games available on jjwan — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, Plinko, and any other crash format listed in the jjwan crash games section — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. These provider rules take precedence over jjwan's general game rules in the event of a conflict.

jjwan's crash games use provably fair RNG systems. The crash point for each round is cryptographically committed before bets are accepted. A publicly visible hash of the upcoming round's result is available to players before wagering. After the round, the underlying seed is revealed, allowing any player to verify independently that the crash point was determined in advance and not manipulated. jjwan strongly encourages players to use these verification tools.

• The minimum bet on crash games on jjwan is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits are displayed in each game's interface and vary by title.
• A bet is locked in at the start of a round. Cash out must occur before the crash. Failure to cash out results in loss of the stake for that round. This applies to both manual and auto cash-out mechanisms.
• In the event of a server interruption during an active crash game round, the round is voided and stakes are returned to player wallets. jjwan does not complete rounds where server continuity was broken.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or external software to interact with jjwan's crash games or exploit any game mechanic is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwan. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately closed. All balances — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in cases where prohibited conduct has directly resulted in a financial gain to the player at jjwan's expense.

• Registering multiple accounts for any reason including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including submitting forged documents.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a jjwan account or claim winnings.
• Colluding with other players in poker, crash games, or any other jjwan game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software exploits, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on jjwan. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract jjwan's proprietary data, odds algorithms, or game logic.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jjwan's support staff or other players in any jjwan communication channel.
• Using jjwan to launder money or conduct any other transaction connected to criminal activity.

jjwan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time at its reasonable discretion. The most common reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, identity verification failure, regulatory requirements, or the player's own request for self-exclusion.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance is held securely by jjwan and will be returned in full (minus any bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) if the investigation concludes without finding a breach. Where a breach is found, jjwan's liability to return funds is limited to the original deposited amount, less any promotional credits or bonuses.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jjwan account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeline after identity is confirmed.

jjwan is committed to providing a gaming environment that is entertaining rather than harmful. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that players are strongly encouraged to use. These tools can be accessed and activated at any time through the account settings section of your jjwan profile without needing to contact support.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your jjwan wallet.
• Loss limits — cap the total amount you can lose across jjwan in a given time period. Once the limit is reached, further play is automatically suspended.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after you've been logged into jjwan for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from jjwan of between 24 hours and 30 days. Account access is suspended during this period.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from jjwan for a minimum period of six months. jjwan will enforce this and will not reinstate the account before the period ends, regardless of requests to do so.

jjwan collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. The types of data jjwan collects include registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, device information, and gameplay history.

jjwan uses this data to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with applicable regulations, and improve the jjwan platform. jjwan does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law. Full details of data handling, retention periods, and your rights regarding your personal information are set out in jjwan's Privacy Policy.

jjwan provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While jjwan takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

jjwan's total liability to any individual player arising from any cause under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jjwan account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jjwan shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind including loss of profits, lost opportunities, or reputational damage claimed by players.

jjwan is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, from third-party payment processing delays outside jjwan's control, from force majeure events, or from a player's own misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your jjwan account, a bet settlement, a game outcome, a bonus calculation, or a payment transaction, the process for raising it is as follows.

First, contact jjwan's customer support team via live chat or email at support@jjwan.biz. Provide your account username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of the complaint. jjwan's team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within seven business days. For complex disputes, resolution may take up to 28 days — jjwan will keep you updated on progress throughout.

If you remain unsatisfied after jjwan's internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process applicable under the laws of the jurisdiction governing these terms. jjwan will cooperate fully with any legitimate escalation process.

jjwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjwan will notify registered players via email and/or a notice displayed on the jjwan platform. The updated terms will take effect upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use jjwan after revised terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using jjwan and withdraw any remaining balance from your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
